When you purchase a Clarity Session, contact us, or sign up for our email list, we collect:

- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we don't store your card details)
- Any information you choose to include in messages to us
- Information you input during your Clarity Session (role criteria, interview notes, hiring details)
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type and device information
- Pages you visited and how long you stayed
- How you arrived at our site (referring URL)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for these specific purposes — and only these purposes:
- To deliver your Clarity Session and provide access to the system
- To process payments and send purchase confirmations
- To respond to your questions and support requests
- To send you the Day 3 check-in email after purchase
- To send the 90-day follow-up email (one time, never spam)
- To improve our website and the Clarity Session experience
- To comply with legal obligations
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to build profiles for resale. If that ever changes, we'll tell you before it happens — not after.

If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, we may disclose information to authorities. We'll tell you when this happens unless legally prohibited from doing so.
