About this page
This page sets out the terms that apply when you purchase and use The 20-Minute Hire, including all tiers (The Playbook, Hiring Pro, and The Team Builder) and all included bonus tools. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
About the product
The 20-Minute Hire is a digital product. After purchase you receive access to the Development and Implementation Agent (the DIA), which guides you through a hiring methodology and produces hiring documents based on the information you provide. Higher tiers include access to additional written tools delivered as PDFs.
The product is owned and operated by Clear Projection LLC, a Texas limited liability company established in 2009, doing business as Quest Advising, Beyond 10 Million, and The 20-Minute Hire, based in San Antonio, Texas. For purposes of these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Clear Projection LLC. References to “Max” or “Max Koz” mean the founder of the business.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase of The 20-Minute Hire. To request a refund, send an email to max@20MinuteHire.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of the email. No additional forms, questionnaires, or justifications are required.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
Not legal, HR, or employment advice
The 20-Minute Hire is an educational and operational tool designed to help small business owners structure their hiring process. The methodology and documents produced through the product are not legal advice, human resources advice, employment law guidance, compliance guidance, or a substitute for any of the above.
Hiring, employment, and termination decisions can involve federal, state, and local laws including but not limited to equal employment opportunity laws, anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour rules, leave entitlements, immigration verification, privacy, and recordkeeping. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any hiring document, interview practice, onboarding plan, exit process, or other action you take complies with applicable law.
We strongly recommend consulting qualified legal counsel, a human resources professional, or other appropriate advisors before relying on any output from this product in an actual hiring or employment decision. Use of this product does not establish any professional advisory relationship between you and us.
The bonus tools, including but not limited to the Hire or Fix Decision Filter, the Epic Business Story Builder, the Natural Interview Decoder, the Fast-Fit Rapport Builder, the 2-Minute Team Evaluator, and the Exit Like a Hero Guide, are educational guides only. They are not legal or HR documents and should not be used as such.
No guarantee of hiring outcomes
The methodology and tools provided are designed to improve the structure and clarity of your hiring process. We do not guarantee that using the product will result in any particular hiring outcome, including but not limited to filling a position, finding a qualified candidate, retaining a hired candidate, or producing any specific business result.
Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to your specific business circumstances, candidate availability, market conditions, your application of the methodology, and decisions you and your team make independently. The case studies and outcomes described on our marketing materials reflect the experience of specific clients and are not promises or projections of results for any other user.
Intellectual property
The methodology, frameworks, document templates, the DIA, the written bonus tools, and all related content are the intellectual property of Clear Projection LLC, including but not limited to The Complete Profile framework, the Seat Discovery process, and the Beyond 10 Million growth methodology that underlies the product.
By purchasing the product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product and its outputs for your own business hiring activities. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the methodology to create competing products or services without our prior written consent.
The documents you generate through your use of the DIA (your specific Job Scorecards, Job Posts, Hiring Criteria, and Onboarding Plans) are yours to use for your business. The underlying methodology that generates them remains our intellectual property.
Use of artificial intelligence
The DIA uses artificial intelligence to guide you through a structured methodology and generate hiring documents based on your inputs. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using them in your business, including reviewing for accuracy, completeness, compliance with applicable law, and fit for your specific situation.
Disclaimer of warranties
The product is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Clear Projection LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the product, regardless of the form of action, is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.
Privacy
Your use of the product is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By purchasing the product, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear Projection LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the product, including but not limited to any hiring or employment decision you make based on outputs from the product.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the product will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
